Qopper AI doesn't serve your customers, it serves you. It lives inside the console and turns what you ask for into concrete changes to your agents: instructions, actions, knowledge, rules.

And when you want to know what's going on — why people write in, what gets resolved on its own, what's worth reviewing — you ask, and it answers with your data.

Your companion in the console

Qopper AI is the assistant that lives inside the Qopper console. It doesn’t serve your customers: it serves you. You tell it what you want in a sentence and it helps you create and tune your agents, and understand what’s happening in your support.

Build by talking

You say “don’t promise refunds over 100 dollars” or “add the returns policy,” and it proposes the specific change as a card: some instructions, an action to turn on, a document, a rule. You click apply.

  1. 1It proposes. Each change arrives as a card you can read before accepting.
  2. 2You apply it to a draft. Nothing touches the live agent: the change goes to the draft.
  3. 3It’s checked again. When you apply it, Qopper validates the change again against the agent’s current state, in case something changed in the meantime.

Ask about your support

It’s also the quick way to understand what’s going on: why your customers write in, how much gets resolved without a person, which conversations are worth reviewing. You ask, and it answers with your data.

Qopper AI configures, it doesn’t operate: it doesn’t close conversations or issue refunds on its own. Your agents do that, within their limits.
