MCP

Talk to your customer support from the AI assistant you already use: ask, analyze and configure without opening the console.

qopper.contact_reasonsFROM YOUR ASSISTANT

Qopper has its own MCP server. Connect it to your AI assistant and you can ask why your customers write in, read a specific conversation or change how an agent responds.

Everything done over MCP follows the same rules as in the console, and nothing gets published without a heads-up.

What you can't do in the console, you can't do over MCP either.

What MCP is

MCP is the standard AI assistants use to connect to other tools. Qopper has its own MCP server: you connect it to your assistant and you can ask about your customer support and configure your agents without opening the console.

How to connect it

  1. 1You create a key. From the console. The key decides which workspace it can access, never whatever is passed in a question.
  2. 2You choose its scope. Read, to analyze, or build, to change things. A read key can’t write.
  3. 3You add it to your assistant. As a header or in the URL itself, for assistants that only accept a URL.

Analyze

  • SummaryHow your support is doing, in numbers.
  • Contact reasonsWhy your customers write in.
  • ConversationsList them and read a specific one.
  • Actions takenWhat the agent has done in your systems.

Build

With a build key, your assistant can create an agent, change its instructions, give it knowledge, turn on catalog actions, create and test actions against your API, choose its voice and look, and connect integrations.

An agent created over MCP starts as a draft and doesn’t serve anyone until it’s published. And MCP configures, it doesn’t operate: it doesn’t close conversations or issue refunds.

Every change is recorded with the key that made it, and tools that publish or replace something are marked as such, so your assistant asks you to confirm first.
